The Founders:

Barry has 24 years of experience in the commercial, residential, and education sectors working as a project manager, designer, and bid coordinator. He has a passion for education, and has developed a great understanding of what makes a successful project.

His experience has helped him develop within the building consultancy sector to deliver a wide range of project with other consultants, and has a passion to deliver high quality projects with LACo.

Since achieving his Part 3 and chartership with the Royal Institute of British Architects in 2018, James has honed his skills across a diverse range of projects. From intricate domestic extensions to complex multi-million pound educational facilities, his expertise encompasses all project scales.

James thrives on the initial design phase, collaborating closely with clients to translate their vision into a client-focused design that optimizes functionality and aesthetics.

Nicky's proven track record of successfully growing other companies has made her a valuable part of LACo.

Her diverse skillset, acquired through various roles throughout her career contribute to our continued development. As we strive to reach new heights, Nicky's experience and attitude is proving to be instrumental in guiding LACo. in the right direction.
