  The first stage of any design starts with a conversation, to outline your thoughts, ideas, and budget. We can meet at your property, at our offices, or meet virtually to start the discussion about your next project.

• Design and Planning Stage -

  Starting with measuring up your existing building, we gather the necessary information about your site and its surroundings. We can generate a number of options, working with your feedback to form your chosen design ready for submission to the local planning authority.

• Building Control Design and Detailing -

  Using the approved design drawings, we can develop the details and specifications necessary to achieve building control sign off, utilising our knowledge of changing regulations and building detailing.

• Construction Management -

  We can assemble the documents required for pricing your project with your chosen contractors and builders, or we can make recommendations based on your requirements. Once you are ready to build, we can assist you with managing the whole process, or provide you with guidance and support throughout the process.

Feasibility and Design

A feasibility study can provide you with an early idea of the possibilities available on your site. A sketch plan can show how best to organise a site or building, and be the starting point for any project.

Planning

We can develop your design, and use our knowledge of planning policies and local authorities to move your project through the planning stage.

Building Regulations

Required in nearly all building projects, we can develop your design and work with engineers and specialist designers to make sure you have a fully specified building up to the latest standards.

3D Visuals and Walkthroughs

Using our CAD system, we can re-create your building in a virtual 3D model and give you a greater understanding of what our designs and ideas will look like before any work is done on site.

Construction and Detailing

Managing construction on site and working with your builder, or working with manufacturers on construction detailing for the more complex building elements to meet the highest specifications.
