The client had a site that was in need of renovation, and had fallen into disrepair. The brief was to maximise the potential of the site to deliver some much needed, high quality housing in the area. We worked with the client to develop a scheme for a successful planning application, and took it through to a building control application, developing the detailed design for construction.
