The existing property was a small bungalow in an area of Brentwood that had seen many properties increase in size, and was overdue an upgrade . We worked with the client to develop a scheme for a successful planning application, and took it through to a building control application, developing the detailed design for construction to introduce a new first floor, and completely renovate the ground floor for modern living.
